Issue Certificate
1. The exporter should enter all the invoice data in the certificate application form. 2. The factory's commercial purchase certificate must be attached if the exporter is a commercial company. 3. The factory must be approved, authorised and registered in the Factory Registration service to obtain the Certificate of Origin.
